Tricia Gasparini - Executive Director, RX3 Foundation

Tricia is the Executive Director of the RX3 Foundation, overseeing the Foundation's annual fundraising plan - owning event strategy development, budgeting, vendor management, partner activation, and brand & stakeholder engagement.

Prior to the RX3 Foundation, Tricia spent the past two decades serving in roles focused on social impact, stakeholder management, brand marketing and event activation. Most recently, she was the VP of Customer Success at Sequoia-backed start-up, Thanx, where she owned all portfolio relationships and led a team to optimize brand marketing efficacy. Prior to Thanx, Tricia spent 8 years with Chevron leading the Fortune 10 company’s largest sports partnerships and corporate responsibility efforts (including Super Bowl and College Conference sponsorships).

She has also been a brand ambassador and runner for Nike, an NFL & College Football sports anchor and has executed marketing campaigns for clients including Target, Adidas, Oakley, Billabong and Athleta. She is a University of Colorado alum, where she graduated with a BA in Communications and served as team captain for their Division 1 women’s soccer team.
